Knowing we are the Father’s beloved children, let us present our prayer to him.

A That the Pope and all members of religious communities
throughout the world experience the rich blessings
of lives dedicated to service,
we pray to the Lord:
B That rulers and legislators be inspired by the beatitudes
to serve the poor and the voiceless,
we pray to the Lord:
C That poor people, especially those who are homeless or mentally ill,
enjoy a life of dignity and abundant blessings,
we pray to the Lord:
D That all who fight for justice and peace
maintain hope in difficult times,
we pray to the Lord:
E That all who gather at this table take seriously their calling
to help build the reign of God in home, school, and neighborhood,
